Registered Nurse 

If you have a positive and professional work ethic with a genuine commitment to high quality service, work well in a small team environment and have excellent communication skills, along with a passion for palliative care, we would love to talk to you.

Naturally, you will be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, have min of 2 years acute experience and a can-do attitude!

Personal Care Assistant/ Quality 

Euroa Health Inc (EHI) is a community-based hospital with a residential care facility of 75 beds and a 22 bed Acute Care Unit.. This newly created permanent part time role in the Quality team is to provide administration support and participate in auditing and contributing to the Quality, Safety and Service excellence framework. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting services to ensure they meet EHI and ACQSC standards in a collaborative manner.
  • Participate in a schedule of audits across EHI to review and support quality outcomes.
  • Support development of procedures for best care and service delivery
  • Data creation and collection to support planning and quality care through development and the review of quality plans. 
  • Provide administrative support to ensure all elements of Quality are documented and supported.
  • Work closely with residential and community care teams to embed quality across the business.

 About You

The successful candidate will have an an good understanding of Quality or is willing to adapt and learn quickly so that you can participate in audits and be able to contribute  to effective reporting. Working at a fast pace and collaborating with various teams and staff to deliver high quality results is a must, along with having good skills or experience in Microsoft applications, policy/report writing and auditing. Your interpersonal skills and being a team player who works within the philosophy and values of the Euroa Health Inc. will be important to help you achieve the right outcomes every time.

People Services Partner 

The People Services Partner is responsible for working collaboratively with all Managers and employees to deliver a seamless people services across the organisation whilst ensuring business objectives and legislative requirements are met. Working within a small management team, this role will provide advice and deliver solutions across a range of HR functions whilst working to maintain and expand the positive organisational culture. 

The role 

Your duties will include but are not limited to: 

  • Ensuring that all HR policies and procedures are consistently applied throughout the business and are in line with the business values
  • Providing general HR assistance and advice to people leaders and to employees
  • Responsible for all HR transnational activities including on-boarding, compliance checks, off-boarding, staff well being and recruitment 
  • Manage Work cover and Return to Work requirements
  • Continued review and improvement of current HR process and procedures
  • Manage the Grievance and Disciplinary processes and procedures
  • Assist the organisation in building a positive, fun and high performing culture

 Key Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have the following;

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all levels throughout the organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, and take initiative
  • Outstanding organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines
  • Reliable and enthusiastic team player
  • “Can Do” mentality with innovative and problem-solving skills
  • The relevant qualification and or Human Resources experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate
  • OH&S and work cover experience is beneficial
  • Understanding of payroll systems
  • Accurately maintain HR records
  • Right to work in Australia
