Visitor Information
GRANITEHILL AGED CARE – Visiting is closed as of 5/8/22 to residents in the Borden/Elston wings, Rotary/Wright and Shovleton are open for 1 visitor for 1 hour per Resident per day between 12noon and 5.00pm. End of life visits where death is expected within 28 days, may be arranged with the Clinical Services Manager, Paula McPherson. All Visitors to GraniteHill must complete a RAT test on entry, must be vaccinated (min 2x Covid), have no symptoms and must not be a close contact of a Covid positive case.
ALL visiting inside the facility is within the Resident/Patient Room ONLY, visitor mask must not be removed during the visit, no eating or drinking and no access to common areas. Residents are requested not to leave GraniteHill unless it is essential, and are requested to wear face masks on outings.
Note GRANITEHILL CAFE and the BOWERBIRD WALKWAY – currently closed to visitors.
ACUTE HOSPITAL – 1 Visitor for 1 hour per day between 2pm to 7pm. Visitor must show Covid Vaccination Certificate or complete a RAT test on entry.
ALL VISITORS PLEASE NOTE – all visitors must wear the provided N-95 Mask during their visit and should the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements change at short notice, please be prepared for this to be revised.
