UPDATE TO VISITING effective 11th December 2024

Please be advised the following changes to visiting at GraniteHill Aged Care due to COVID outbreak:

• Visiting hours are now 11AM to 4PM, seven days a week.
• 2 visitors per resident per day
• RAT testing is now back in place for all visitors and staff. Please allow 15 minutes on arrival for your testing outside of reception. Visiting is not restricted for any resident. Visitors to positive residents is supported with visitor to wear full PPE in the room, no food or drink to be consumed, with bedroom door closed. Please seek assistance from a staff member if you are unsure of the DON and DOFF procedure.

We also kindly request that all visitors take the following precautions to help protect the health and wellbeing of your loved ones:

• N95 mask is required in the Bowerbird, Rotary and Wright wings.
• Please do not visit if you are unwell or have any symptoms.
• Wearing a mask is strongly encouraged during your visit, in line with safety protocols.
• Hand hygiene is essential – please use the hand sanitiser provided at the entrance.
• Cafe is now CLOSED to all visitors.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us contain the spread of Covid-19 and keeping residents safe.

1. Our Gym is open to members.
