GraniteHill is an 85‑bed Residential Aged Care facility at Euroa Health. In 2024, we increased our capacity with the refurbishment of the Gilburn building, which now operates as a dedicated Memory Support Unit.

GraniteHill was constructed in 2017 when existing residents moved from Amaroo and Euroaville into this modern building.

Residents have the additional benefit of being able to access on site services including the GraniteHill Café, a hairdressing salon, library, cinema, chapel, private dining room, bar and outdoor barbeque facilities.

Prospective residents will need to undertake a number of steps to be assessed for Aged Care Services.  Assessment information can be found at myagedcare.gov.au

As part of entering aged care, all residents undergo a means‑tested assessment conducted by Services Australia. This assessment determines each person’s financial contribution toward their care, and for some individuals it may result in eligibility for a supported or partially supported place, reducing the accommodation costs they are required to pay.

GraniteHill offers accommodation with a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) of $585,000. A RAD is an upfront, fully refundable lump‑sum payment that secures your room in our aged care home. When you leave GraniteHill, your RAD will be returned in full, less retention amount of 2% (maximum of 5 years) and any agreed deductions. Residents may choose to pay the RAD in full, pay a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) instead, or use a combination of both, depending on their financial preferences.
