All visitors to the entire Euroa Health facility must wear a mask and maintain 1.5m social distancing at all times in addition to following the below visitor guidelines for our facility.

GraniteHill Aged Care

One single visitor per day per Resident onsite for a maximum of 2 hours between 9am and 4.30pm is welcome into GraniteHill.  You do not need to book with reception but instead communicate with your family members to ensure that no more than one person does not arrive on the day.  

Residents are still able to leave GraniteHill for offsite visits.

Acute Hospital

Two visitors per day per Patient onsite for a maximum of 1 hours between 2pm and 4pm is welcome into Acute Ward.

Please telephone the Acute Ward on (03) 5795 0254 and arrive to the Acute Hospital entry via Kennedy Street Euroa.
