Life at GraniteHill
Lifestyle activities at GraniteHill allow residents the opportunity to pick and choose the activities they wish to take part in each day our program operates 7 days per week.
Residents enjoy a variety of activities like arts and crafts, cooking, walking groups, bus outings, bingo and movies in the cinema. We have recently hosted ferret races, a variety of guest speakers and enjoy local football livestreamed most Saturdays.
GraniteHill residents also enjoy table tennis, live concerts in the facility from local artists, exercise sessions in our own gym or arm chair exercises in the morning. We also never pass up an opportunity to have the local children from early learning and primary schools who come into the facility to enjoy story time, book week and a game of 10 pin bowls.
All Residents will take part in a lifestyle assessment when entering GraniteHill to ensure that Residents know that they can tell us what they enjoy and discuss activities to suit. We encourage families to speak to our staff if there is an event or activity that we could bring into GraniteHill.













Medical and Health Service
Residents at GraniteHill are able to still continue to use their General Practitioner of choice and onside access the services of Allied Health Professionals including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapist, Dieticians and Podiatrists who visit the facility should the need arise.
Our Food
Our Executive Chef and Catering Team undertake full onsite catering to which we are very proud of. Our team work closely with the Dieticians and other specialists in the development of our seasoned menus which are approved from by our GraniteHill Resident Menu Committee.
The smell of home cooked meals from the kitchen fills our hallways and residents are provided a choice from the menu daily. We are committed to buy local where possible for catering supplies.
The Bar
The newest addition to GraniteHill is the completion of the bar which has allows our Residents the opportunity to enjoy a drink in the bar area in the afternoon or before dinner.
A large screen television and a variety of sports memorabilia from throughout the years, ensures the bar is a hive of activity.
Local wineries have contributed to the wine selection and there is always a cool beer in the fridge ready to be served or if bubbles, spirits or a sherry is your style we have those on hand for you.
GraniteHill Cafe
Our very own Granite Hill Café is located within the GraniteHill Aged Care facility is open every day between 10am and 4pm.
Euroa Health Inc operates the Café with the delightful homemade cakes and slices baked from our very own kitchen and our staff, residents and families are spoilt for choice. The coffee machine is operated by our barista who does a marvelous job at keeping everyone fueled by their hot drink of choice everyday.
Granite Hill Café is open to the general public (subject to current COVID-19 Restrictions) and the convenient location makes an easy spot for our residents/patients’ families and friends to sit down and catch up in the café area, Bowerbird Walkway or outside in the courtyard without the hassle of packing the car and leaving the facility.
GraniteHill Café are able to arrange a gift voucher or coffee card for Residents to enable them to enjoy the café experience at their leisure without the worry about having cash available.
Private Dining Room
Located within our GraniteHill Aged Care facility next to the Café is a private dining room available for booking by family and friends to use for any special celebration or family gathering with their loved one who is a patient or resident with Euroa Health Inc.
Use of this room is free and bookings can be made via our Reception on (03) 5795 0200 for your next visit. Arrangements can be made with the team in GraniteHill Café for catering from the Café at your convenience.
Outdoor Barbeque Area
The courtyard area at GraniteHill is an alternative venue for Residents families and friends to host events and special occasions outside with their family members. A barbeque built into a spacious outdoor area to enable opportunities for self-catering. The use of the area is free and bookings can be made via our reception team on (03) 5795 0200.
