We are pleased to inform you that, Euroa Health has lifted it’s COVID-19 entry restrictions at GraniteHill Aged Care.
Visiting hours will now be from 9:00am to 5:00pm daily and we kindly ask that visitors avoid visiting if you are feeling unwell.
Should there be a COVID-19 outbreak, Euroa Health will swiftly implement our outbreak management protocol in line with established policies. This may involve temporary adjustments to current procedures to effectively manage and contain the spread of infection. For added convenience, Rapid Antigen Test kits and surgical masks will continue to be available at the entrance for optional use.
