The Opportunity

We’re seeking a dynamic Personal Care Assistant to join our team, offering flexible full-time, part-time, or casual positions with morning, afternoon, or night shifts. As a PCA, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and care.

What You’ll Need

  • Cert III or IV qualifications in Individual Care or related fields
  • Previous PCA experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A current NDIS Worker’s Check and WWCC are essential
  • Willingness to work a rotating roster.
